Frisbee Fitness Studio

The fitness studio in an integrated establishment which focuses on full body functional exercise that works the body and mind.  Our center offers exercise classes and meditation throughout the week.  We also have a certified TRX trainer in the main office who is now currently accepting clients.  Peace and healthy living!

ZUMBA: We are excited to announce new Zumba classes coming to the fitness studio.   Certified Instructor Misha will be starting Zumba classes on Monday April 11th.   The schedule will be Monday evenings from 5:15pm- 6:15pm, plus Saturday mornings from 9:00am- 10:00am.   The price will be $5 per class or $30 for 10 classes, cash or check.  See Misha or Frisbee Family Chiropractic for your punch card.

YOGA: We have some excited things happening for yoga.  Stay tuned for the announcement.

Frisbee Fitness Class: Dr. Ed Frisbee is now teaching a class on Wednesday and Friday mornings 6:00am- 6:45am. This is a class that involves flexibility, endurance, and balance.  The class involves TRX strength training, exercise ball balance work, and yoga flexibility movements.  There are a limited number of spots available and right now we are on a waiting list.  There is an application needed to fill out for this class that you can pick up at the front desk.

Current classes:

Monday: Zumba 5:15- 6:15pm

Wednesday:  Frisbee Fitness 6:00- 6:45am

Friday: Frisbee Fitness 6:00- 6:45am

Saturday: Zumba 9:00- 10:00am


Hydrate well before class, bring some water and small hand towel with you.  A limited number of mats can be supplied at the studio each participant should bring a large towel which overlays the mat.
